Witgat Retreat offers a diverse hunting experience amidst Namibia’s beautiful wilderness. We host a variety of game species available for hunting, including Blesbuck, Blue Wildebeest, Duiker, Eland, Giraffe, Golden Oryx, Impala, Kudu, Oryx, Springbok, Warthog, Waterbuck, and Burchell’s Zebra. While Nyala and Lechwe roam our land, these species are reserved exclusively for viewing.
Only trophy game prices vary, ensuring transparent and fair rates for all guests. We provide assisted game-drive hunting at N$1 200 per day per vehicle, shared among all guests. Alternatively, guests can choose the excitement and challenge of still hunting on foot.
Our farmhouse is equipped with processing facilities, including a clean and professional game preparation area and a cooler room for storing meat. Our skilled hunting assistants are on hand to guide and support hunters, ensuring a comfortable experience and maintaining both guest safety and respect for the wildlife.
